“Taking Control?” Report by RSF on internet censorship in Russia

The Russian government has systematically restricted freedom of the press and freedom of expression on the internet in recent years, increasingly focusing on international platforms such as Google, Facebook and Twitter, according to a country report on internet censorship and surveillance in Russia published today by Reporters Without Borders (RSF).
